Welcome to Whiteraven Equestrian!
We are a modern training barn that specializes in Positive Reinforcement training to help you and your horse's mind, body and spirit. It's our belief that the bond between horse and owner is a special one, a bond we want to help you strengthen and develop between you and your horse!
Meet the Horses We've Helped
Here at Whiteraven, we have helped many special horses. Here are a few:
- Ernie came to us from the Saddlebred showring, overwhelmed by his prior experience. He morphed from a wild child to a goofy guy.
- Bravo was a bit sullen and shutdown, but through positive reinforcement training, he is coming out of his shell and showing his calm, gentle side.
- Sammy had some interesting habits, usually involving running away when her lead rope was undone in every situation... Now most of this behavior is completely gone.
- Losing sight in an eye increased Trace's anxiety, but positive reinforcement grounded him and provided coping strategies when he becomes overwhelmed.
- Rhett's age and old injury makes it so he's not ridden much anymore, but Liberty work has transformed his life and provided an outlet for his youthful energy.
